Please read this document carefully before using the 675nk platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 675nk ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 675nk platform — including the website, mobile application, or related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of this platform. 675nk reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. 675nk is not responsible for access by underage users, and it is the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with this age requirement.

Account Creation & Information Security

To access the full features of the 675nk platform, you are required to create an account using truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating duplicate accounts or using a false identity is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether carried out by you or by a third party who gains access due to your negligence — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 675nk support team immediately.

  • Registration details must reflect your real name as it appears on your official identification document.
  • A valid, verifiable phone number and email address are required during registration.
  • Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another individual.
  • 675nk reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security and compliance purposes.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users of the 675nk platform agree to use the service for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where applicable:

  • Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's system functions.
  • Using another person's account credentials without their authorisation.
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or providing false information during registration or any transaction.
  • Any activity intended to circumvent or defraud the platform's payment systems.
  • Sharing content or information that infringes on the copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties.

675nk reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including freezing account balances while an investigation is ongoing.

Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

All transactions on the 675nk platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details provided are accurate and that any bank account or e-wallet used belongs to them and is registered under the same name as their 675nk account.

Supported deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. 675nk does not accept cash payments or any transfer methods not officially supported by the platform. Deposits made through unsupported methods may be rejected and returned without notice.

  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and the user's account tier.
  • Withdrawals can only be processed to the same account used for the deposit, as a fraud prevention measure.
  • Withdrawal processing times range from a few minutes to two business days, depending on the method selected.
  • 675nk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals while an identity verification process or investigation is in progress.
  • All third-party transaction fees (where applicable) are the user's sole responsibility.

Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 675nk support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be able to be processed.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 675nk platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 675nk does not guarantee that the platform will at all times be free from interruptions, technical errors, or temporary downtime caused by maintenance or factors beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 675nk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, access disruptions, or unsatisfactory game outcomes.

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 675nk platform are the exclusive property of 675nk or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of these intellectual property assets without prior written permission.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. 675nk is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Policy, Closure & Applicable Law

675nk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform in a manner that harms other users or the integrity of the system.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, 675nk reserves the right to hold any balance in the account until the investigation is concluded. Where closure is at the user's own request (voluntary closure), any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process within a reasonable timeframe.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact the 675nk support team through official channels. Closure requests cannot be made unilaterally through third parties or unrecognised platforms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under Malaysian law. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia for the resolution of any such disputes.
